 Here are some ways that your gift will help:
- $25 sponsors one Peer Leader of the Month who is honored for outstanding community involvement, positive role modeling, or effort towards bettering oneself.
- $80 keeps TEENS, Inc. operating for 1 day so that we can be open free of charge for youth during the critical after school hours.
- $150 grants one struggling youth 4 free therapy sessions with a licensed therapist.
- $250 supports one teen to attend the annual four day leadership retreat that includes a high ropes course and white water rafting.
- $500 gives one Chinook West student the opportunity of a lifetime to embark on an outdoor learning excursion such as studying natural history while backpacking in Yellowstone National Park.
No amount is too small or too large. In 2008, it cost TEENS, Inc. $1,077 each day we were open to empower youth and their families with recreational opportunities, youth employment and training, an alternative education option and a safe, drug free environment in which to socialize.
